2,500 - 12,000 s.f. Prefer older leases with short terms left on the lease or in the option period. Tenant credit is not an issue. Location must be B+ or better. We also acquire a variety of ground leases and will consider lease back opportunities.

Anchored shopping centers 15 - 20 years old, or older. Prefer the anchor to be in the last five years, or in the option period. Overlapping anchor store location, or older prototype anchor store is also desirable. Typical size of property should be in the 75,000 - 125,000 s.f. range.
